SW & HW support sophisticated smart engineering toolkit of supercomputing accelerator of quantum algorithm simulation on small quantum programmable computer algorithm gate introduced. The developed SW program toolkit implement arbitrary quantum algorithms by executing any sequence of universal quantum logic gates. Apply Benchmarks (as quantum search modified Grover algorithm) the effectiveness of supercomputing accelerator of quantum algorithm simulation on small quantum programmable computer algorithm gate in quantum chemistry and quantum control demonstrated.
