Addressing complex global problems necessitates an integrative approach transcending disciplinary boundaries, underscoring the importance and validity of these discussions across different fields. Business presentations are among the most prevalent communicative genres in our time. This genre significantly influences decision-making on issues that impact people and societies on a global scale. Therefore, it warrants greater attention from linguists and requires further exploration in conjunction with sciences, technology, socio-economic issues, and other disciplines in the humanities. In Russian philology, the function of the word not only as a bearer of conceptual ideas but also as an intermediary of extralinguistic reality and speaker has been in the scope of linguistic research. In this article, the author presents an experiment involving a communicative strategy she employed during her lecture on organizational management in professional network forums for business leaders in Sweden. The author utilized the concept of polyphony, as highlighted by M. Bakhtin concerning F. M. Dostoevsky’s novels, to weave key messages throughout the narrative, marking them with the words from the same word-formation nest. Based on this experiment, the author posits that insights from philology can create a fundament to address global issues such as sustainable development
